I talked to the owner of Harbor View Resort on County Q in Ephraim. She had so many positive things to say about the WiFi installation that Jamie and Adam did for them that I will have to double check that she isn't related to them. She explained that they have three building separated by many cedar trees. Wulf Brothers put in one Charter business feed that broadcasts the signal to the other two buildings. On April 4, 2011, your technician, Mike, came to our home to perform and annual inspection and service of the furnace, humidifier and air conditioner. The purpose of this letter is to express my appreciation for Mike's outstanding and professional work and above & beyond efforts on our behalf. During his work on the furnace he observed there was a fair amount of water standing above a drain near the furnace. He quickly determined that the drain was partially plugged and took the initiative to clean it out and flushed the pipe all the way to our sump pump with a water hose. Needless to say, I appreciate not only his expertise with regards to his service of the furnace and humidifier, but also his repair of the drain.
Mike is certainly a credit to your company and deserving of my thanks for a job exceedingly well done. Please pass on my compliments to Mike.

We built a home in Ephraim last year, and I am writing to thank you and members of your organization for doing a great job in helping to make our building project a pleasant and successful endeavor.
Your company installed our heating and boiler system, two gas fireplaces and a security system. Last week (Feb 2011) on probably the coldest night of the year, we were called at home in Madison to let us know that the furnace had gone out and the temperature sensor was activated in the alarm system. Brian from Wulf Brothers went to our house where he determined that the propane tank was empty. Brian put enough propane in the tank to relight the furnaces and warm the house until the tank could be refilled. I drove up early the next morning and arrived at our home around 9:00 a.m. to find that the temperature was back to a normal winter setting of 54 degrees. It was a somewhat helpless feeling to receive a phone call at approximately 10:00 p.m. in Madison and realize there was very little I could do to fix the situation. We were dependent upon the security system and the emergency services your staff provided so well to us.
I want to thank you for the very fine organization you have assembled. I would appreciate it if you would pass along our thanks to all who were involved.
