Q: I have a caretaker who comes in once a week to check things, isn't that good enough?
A: Sometimes, but problems can occur at any time and many won't wait until someone comes to check.
Q: What happens if the systems detects a problem?
A: The System transmits the problem over your phone line to CMS, our monitoring service, they in turn contact the fire department, police or other assigned people based on your personalized set-up. For example, most of our customers with Low Temperature Monitored homes, will allow Wulf Brothers to be a key holder for them. Then if a problem occurs, CMS will contact us and we can respond for you with little delay.
Q: What kinds of problems can occur that would make me need a Security System?
A: The most common problem we respond to is a Low Temperature Alarm, we deal not only with equipment failure, but with empty fuel tanks and downed power lines. Spring thaws can bring some flooded basements and crawlspaces, "moisture detectors" will sense a wet floor. Monitored smoke alarms will sniff out a problem early, and automatically contact the fire department. Motion and "entry alarms" will alert you and hlep protect your home from intrusion.
Q: Does it really pay off?
A: Yes! Wulf Brothers has seen the change from un-monitored homes with "too-late" discovered problems, to quite a few lucky customers that have not had to deal with a tragic event, because they were protected by our security systems. It is worth it!!!
Q: Is there any other benefit?

Wulf Brothers offers a wide range of security and home automation thru it's Home Systems Division, with options to meet your personalized requirements. The following is a summary of some of the basic and most popular options available.

Low Temperature Monitored Systems

This system will monitor the temperature in your residence and send an alarm to CMS, our monitoring agent. They in turn will contact assigned people to resolve your problem. A low temperature systems includes the following components:

DCS-PC5010 Control Panel
Temperature Sensor
Phone Connection & Battery Back-up
** First year on low temperature monitoring is included at no charge, a $110 value!

Your cost to install this system is $699.00

Because the low temperature system is a complete basic security system, you may choose to add other components to your system to monitor other problems or actually remotely control the heat settings in your home. Below are some of the options available:

Smoke Detectors are available to monitor your residence when nobody's home and alert the fire department immediately. This is something that standard smoke detectors cannot do!

A Water Sensor is available to detect a wet floor in basements, crawlspaces or utility rooms where potential flooding may be an issue.
